Jen Naylor

Biography

 Ms. Naylor is a Senior Consulting Manager and Chief Financial Officer with ten years of experience improving capacity management and care delivery.  She has led transformational change efforts at Academic Health Systems, Community Hospitals, and Ambulatory Care Centers, applying Six Sigma, Lean, Change Management principles and Simulation Modeling to improve performance across multiple areas of delivery system: operating room, emergency department, inpatient units, and oncology and transplant outpatient clinics. The results of her work have been featured in leading publications, one specifically in Business Week where her team unlocked latent capacity to accommodate 900 additional OR cases and improved operational efficiencies at a major cancer center. Ms. Naylor earned a Bachelors in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is also a Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt and trained in Just Culture.
