Biography
Mr. Armstrong has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of our general partner since July 2013 and as Chief Executive Officer of PAA's general partner since PAA's formation in 1998. He also served as Chairman of PAA's general partner or former general partner from PAA's formation in 1998 to November 2016.
