Biography
Susan currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Alkermes, Inc., a biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Wilmington, Ohio. Previously, she was the Human Resources Business Partner for Clopay Plastic Products Company in Augusta, KY and Nashville, TN, and started her HR career with NCR in Pennsylvania. Susan has her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from The University of Michigan, and a Masters of Human Resource Development from Xavier University. She is immediate past president of the Human Resources Association of Southwestern Ohio.
