Biography
Dr. Meyer, with over three decades of experience, is a pioneer in Cardiology. He brought Invasive Cardiology to Central Georgia; opening the first Cath Lab at the Medical Center of Central Georgia and was the first to bring coronary angioplasty and stents to the region. He continues to be dedicated to patient care and new therapies for heart disease. Dr. Meyer completed his residency and Cardiology Fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta and started his practice in Macon in 1978.
