Biography
Dr. Horn graduated from OHSU School of Dentistry in 1986. After graduating from dental school he was accepted into a two-year hospital residency program at Charity Hospital/LSU Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana where he graduated from in 1988. Dr. Horn served as an associate teacher in General and Hospital Dentistry at the LSU School of Dentistry from 1988 until 1992. He worked in private practice from 1988 until 1997. He returned home to Oregon with his family and he started praciticing at Mid Valley Family Dental in 1998.
