Biography
Mr. Kevin G. Byrne is the Chief Financial Officer at Millennium Management LLC, and previously served as its Global Head of Finance. Mr. Byrne is responsible for leadership and oversight of the financial related activities of the firm, including the finance and accounting, tax, and corporate initiatives areas. Prior to this, he served at Goldman Sachs for 13 years. Since 2010, Mr. Byrne served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Goldman Sachs Bank USA, where he was responsible for financial control, asset liability management, funding and liquidity, regulatory relations, and capital and strategic planning. Previously, he held various roles in his tenure, including Treasurer; European Treasurer; Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities Structurer; and Head of Operations, Technology, and Finance. Prior to this, Mr. Byrne held various roles within the finance function at Lehman Brothers International and at Allianz Insurance. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995. Mr. Byrne graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology with a degree in Business Studies in 1990.
