Biography

 Mrs. Billie Jo Cuthbert has been Senior Director for Total Rewards at Momentive Performance Materials Inc. since July 14, 2015. Mrs. Cuthbert serves as the Principal Accounting officer and Controller of Juniper Bond Holdings I, II, III and IV LLC. Mrs. Cuthbert served as Principal Accounting Officer and Controller of MPM Silicones, LLC. Mrs. Cuthbert served as the Principal Accounting Officer and Global Controller of Momentive Performance Materials Inc. from May 10, 2010 to July 14, 2015. She served as Principal Accounting officer and Controller of Momentive Performance Materials South America Inc., Momentive Performance Materials China SPV Inc., Momentive Performance Materials Worldwide Inc. and Momentive Performance Materials USA, Inc. Mrs. Cuthbert served as Principal Accounting officer and Controller of various funds in the fund complex of Momentive funds. She served as Controller of Momentive Performance Materials’s Silicones Americas business since the acquisition of GE Advanced Materials and its affiliates on December 4, 2006. Prior to the acquisition, Mrs. Cuthbert served as Controller of GE Advanced Materials’ Silicones Americas business from May 2006 and as Controller, Corporate Healthcare & Medical Programs, at General Electric Company from 1997 to 2006.
