Craig O. Morrison

Biography

 Mr. Craig O. Morrison has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. since March 25, 2002 and also has been its Chairman since June 1, 2005. Mr. Morrison serves as the President of Momentive Specialty Chemicals Canada Inc. (Former Name: Hexion Specialty Chemicals Canada Inc.). He has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Hexion Holdings LLC and Momentive Performance Materials USA LLC since October 1, 2010. He served as the Chairman at Hexion Inc. (Former Name: Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc), the holding company of Momentive International Holdings Cooperatief U.A from June 29, 2005 to July 10, 2017 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President from March 25, 2002 to July 10, 2017. From 1993 to 1998, he served as the President and General Manager for Van Leer Containers Inc. He served in a number of management positions within Plastics division at General Electric from March 1990 to November 1993 and as a Consultant with Bain and Company from 1987 to 1990. He serves as the Chairman of Momentive Performance Materials USA LLC. He serves as Chairman of Momentive Performance Materials Inc. He serves as the Chairman of Board of Managers at Hexion Holdings LLC. He served as the Chairman and Director at Hexion Holdings LLC since October 1, 2010. He served as Chairman of Board of Managers of Momentive Performance Materials Holdings LLC. He served as the Chairman of MPM Holdings Inc. and also served as its Director since October 1, 2010. He has been a Director of Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc., since March 25, 2002, Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc. (formerly Borden Chemical Inc.) since 2002 and Momentive Performance Materials Inc. since October 1, 2010. He serves as the Director of Hexion LLC, Oilfield Technology Group Inc., Borden Chemical Foundry Inc. and Hexion U.S. Finance Corp. He served as Director of Hexion Inc. from March 25, 2002 to July 10, 2017. He served as a Director of Momentive Performance Materials Holdings Inc. since October 1, 2010. Mr. Morrison holds a Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Kentucky University and an MBA from the Harvard University.
