 Mr. George F. Knight has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Hexion Inc since January 1, 2016. Mr. Knight served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of MPM Holdings Inc. since September 4, 2014 until January 2016. Mr. Knight has been Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Momentive Performance Materials Inc. since October 1, 2010 and since November 1, 2010 respectively. He has been Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Hexion Holdings LLC since November 1, 2010. Mr. Knight has been Senior Vice President of Momentive Performance Materials Inc. since September 4, 2011 and as its Treasurer since November 1, 2010. He has been Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Momentive Performance Materials Worldwide Inc. since October 1, 2010. He serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Momentive Performance Materials China SPV Inc. He serves as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Juniper Bond Holdings I LLC, Juniper Bond Holdings II LLC, Juniper Bond Holdings III LLC and Juniper Bond Holdings IV LLC. He has been Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. since June 1, 2005 and since July 2002 respectively. He has been Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Momentive Performance Materials USA, Inc. since October 1, 2010. Mr. Knight serves as Principal Financial Officer, Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer at Oilfield Technology Group, Inc. He served as then Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions-Finance for Borden, Inc. From 1999 to 2001 he served as Vice President, Finance for Borden Foods Corporation. He joined Momentive Specialty Chemicals in 1997 as Director. In 2001, he re-joined Momentive Specialty Chemicals and served as its Vice President of Finance since July 2002. He has been Director of Hexion Inc. since January 1, 2016.
