Laura K. Ipsen

Biography

 Laura K. Ipsen, 52, is the Senior Vice President & General Manager of Oracle Marketing Cloud, for Oracle Corporation. In this capacity, Ms. Ipsen leads a team of 2,000 sales, services, customer success and marketing experts that sells MarTech and AdTech solutions for marketing automation and leveraging big data analytics.  She served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Global industry Solutions Group from September 2014 to July 2016. Prior to joining Oracle, Ms. Ipsen was the Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Corporation’s Worldwide Public Sector from 2012 to September 2014. Previously, she was Senior Vice President and General Manager, Connected Energy Networks, Cisco Systems, Inc. from 2010-2012, and served in leadership roles in the SmartGrid business unit and Global Policy and Government Affairs Department at Cisco. Ms. Ipsen is a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum, Silicon Valley. Ms. Ipsen was elected to the Monsanto board in December 2010 and is a member of the Science and Technology Committee and the Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility Committee.
