Biography
Prior to joining the faculty at MSU, Lisa Yang taught undergraduate courses in finance as an instructor at the University of Oklahoma. Motivated by the 2007-2008 financial crisis, which highlighted the importance of sound capital markets, Lisa’s research examines institutional trading behaviors from an empirical and behavioral asset-pricing perspective. An avid reader of news on financial markets and economic policies worldwide, she especially enjoys helping students integrate and apply concepts and methods of corporate finance decisions to what they observe in the domestic and international news and markets.
