Biography
John M. Finger has a distinguished background developing strategic plans and business opportunities within large healthcare networks. In his role of Senior Vice President - Strategic Planning and Business Development, Mr. Finger’s responsibilities include analyzing the competitive landscape and business trends to identify strategies and tactics to further Montefiore’s strategic objectives and evaluating business opportunities for growth and innovation within the context of changes within healthcare, as well as overseeing strategic planning. Mr. Finger previously served as Chief Administrative Officer of Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia, where he oversaw the creation of a strategic plan addressing growth and risk diversification. Earlier in his career, he worked at The Mount Sinai Hospital, serving in a number of roles, including Vice President for Strategic Planning. He received his Bachelor’s from Vassar College and his Master’s in Economics and Public Policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
