GENERAL SUMMARY  Hands-on experience in operations and engineering management with responsibility and accountability for safety, planning, development, production, maintenance, exploration, and environmental compliance in sensitive environments. Manage team growth through engagement and empowerment to safely achieve goals and lower costs.
