Keith J. Howells

Biography

Mr. Keith J. Howells served as the Managing Director of Mott Macdonald Group Ltd since 2004 until 2010. Mr. Howells was responsible for its financial performance and world-wide resources management. He joined Mott Macdonald Board in 2002 with responsibility for its quality, environment and safety system, human resources and IT. Prior to this, he led Mott Macdonald Group Ltd world-wide business in water and environment. Here his own track record includes particular experience in the urban environmental, flood management and water resources sectors, covering planning, institutional, economic, financial, technical, environmental and management aspects. Mr. Howells has been the Chairman of Mott Macdonald Group Ltd., since January 1, 2011 and has been its Director since 2002. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Association for Consultancy and Engineering since January 1, 2013. His 30-year career with the Group has seen him working on projects in over 20 countries China, India and southern Africa. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University. Mr. Howells holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University in 1986.
