Biography
Paul Sylvester, CPA, is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He joined MPI Research in 2008 with more than 25 years of experience in a variety of business capacities. He was CEO and Co-Chairman of Manatron, a leading provider of property tax solutions for local governments in the United States. Mr. Sylvester served on the Board of X-Rite, a publicly traded provider of color management systems, and was Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee from 2003 to 2008. At MPI Research he oversees Accounting and Finance, Treasury Management, Purchasing, Events and Travel, and Shipping/Receiving. Mr. Sylvester graduated from Ferris State College with a BS in accounting and became a CPA while working for the public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen.
