Teri Nizzardini

Biography

 Teri Nizzardini, MS, SPHR, serves as Vice President of Human Resources at MPI Research. Ms. Nizzardini is responsible for leading human resources practices and objectives, providing an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, as well as the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. She is responsible for the implementation of forward-thinking HR principles, policies, and programs at MPI Research. Before joining the company in 2007, Ms. Nizzardini was an HR representative for Thermo Fisher Scientific and also served with Healthcare Midwest and First of America Bank. Ms. Nizzardini received her MS from Villanova University in 2012.
