Mitchell L. Jacobson

Biography

Mr. Mitchell L. Jacobson serves as an Executive Officer of Central Street Capital. Mr. Jacobson serves as the Managing Member of JFI-HDS Partner, LLC. Mr. Jacobson served as Chief Executive Officer of MSC Industrial Direct Co. Inc. from October 1995 to November 9, 2005 and President from October 1995 to November 2003. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sid Tool Co., Inc., from June 1982 to November 2003 and again served as its Chief Executive Officer until November 2005. He joined MSC in 1976. Mr. Jacobson has been the Non executive Chairman of MSC Industrial Direct Co. Inc. since January 1998 and has been its Director since October 1995. He serves as a Director of Wolfgang Puck Worldwide. He serves as a Trustee of The New York and Presbyterian Hospital. Mr. Jacobson serves as a Member of Board of Trustees for New York University and the Board of Trustees for New York University School of Law. He served as a Director of HD Supply, Inc. since November 19, 2009. Mr. Jacobson served as a Director of HD Supply Holdings, Inc. (formerly HDS Investment Holding, Inc.) from October 2007 to December 31, 2013. Mr. Jacobson is a graduate of Brandeis University and the New York University School
