Jessica excels at EHR system set-ups, and guides her customers in configuring TruChart to maximize its potential. She has a practical approach to help end users make workflow decisions, and her technical background supports planning, training, and maintenance upgrades. Jessica brings experience as an Epic Principal Trainer for Park Nicollet/Health Partners clinics, where she provided Computerized Physician Order Entry support and trained end users for successful Go-Lives.
