Biography
Ms. SaeKow joins Myriant from PTT Global Chemical Plc. where she serves as Vice President. She has more than 7 years of experience across various countries within the PTT Group of companies in various management and executive roles in corporate planning and strategy, financial planning, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and international business performance management. Prior to joining PTT Group, Ms. SaeKow was a Principal with a boutique investment banking firm specializing in mergers, acquisitions and divestment, and has led the execution of several strategic transactions for clients including the PTT Group in the coal mining, gas retail services, power utilities and petrochemical sectors throughout her years in investment banking career. Ms. SaeKow earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
