Biography
Dr. Danforth received his B.A. and M.D. from Northwestern University and his M.S. in physiology from the University of New Mexico. He completed his surgical residency at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, NYC, NY, and received fellowship training in surgical oncology at the Surgery Branch, National Cancer Institute, NIH, and at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX. Additional research training included a senior staff fellowship in the laboratory of Dr. Marc Lippman, NCI.
