Biography
Colonel David Dudas is the Assistant Professor in the Department of War and Conflict Studies, at the National Defense University, Washington, D.C. Lieutenant Colonel Dudas holds an International Relations and Comparative Politics PhD from Rutgers University, and received his baccalaureate from Ashland University where he played collegiate football. He was commissioned through Officer Candidate School, Fort Benning, GA in 1995, and was recognized as a Distinguished Honor Graduate from both the Air Defense Officer Basic and Advanced Courses. He also earned U.S. Army Air Assault and Parachutist Badges. Awards and decorations received by Lieutenant Colonel Dudas include: two Defense Meritorious Service Medals, two Meritorious Service Medals, three Army Commendation Medals, two Joint Service Achievement Medal, four Army Achievement Medals, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the Global War on Terror Expeditionary and Service Medals, and the NATO Medal.
