Biography
Mr. Stevenson served in the Army, active duty and reserve, for 32 years retiring as a Colonel. His career focused on special operations as a Special Forces Officer and Infantry Officer.He also served on a counterterrorism planning team that developed many of the homeland security concepts adopted by the National Guard. Bill is a graduate of Command and General Staff Course, Joint Forces Staff College and Brigade Command Course and is designated as a Joint Planner, Strategist, Nuclear Operations and Counterproliferation Officer, and Antiterrorism Officer. Awards include the Combat Infantry Badge, Bronze Star, Legion of Merit, Special Forces Tab and Master Parachutist wings.
