Coming from nearly 25 years of operational success, Jim brings proven critical thinking skills and a forward-looking mindset to help continue the successful momentum at National Enzyme Company. With a highly diverse background in operations and a solid track record for leadership and change management, Jim understands that a strong team is the essential foundation for a healthy company. By fostering a culture of mutual respect—believing everyone brings something to the table—he will undoubtedly help keep NEC moving towards sustainable prosperity. Jim joined the NEC team because he saw it as an opportunity to be part of a company on the verge of unprecedented growth. Utilizing his many years of experience on what works and what doesn’t, he will be an invaluable resource as NEC expands and further develops its current operations to accommodate its growing customer base. His previous career roles include production manager for ConAgra, and operations manager for Heinz. In his spare time, Jim enjoys fishing, canoeing and other water activities.
