Biography
Carol supports NREL Wind and Water Power and the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy communications projects. She writes the International Energy Agency (IEA) Wind Annual Report U.S. Chapter; writes, edits and manages the DOE Wind Program newsletter; and provides logistical support for DOE's presence at large events such as American Wind Energy Association WINDPOWER.
