Biography
Paul is the principle engineer for the Commercial Buildings Research Group and has been at the NREL for 19 years. Prior to this role, he was the group manager for the Commercial Buildings Research team. He also spent three years as a technical advisor to the U.S. Department of Energy in Washington, D.C. Paul was an instrumental part creating the process to achieve the Zero Energy Building status for NREL's Research Support Facility.
