Eugene P. Paulo was Associate Professor in Department of Systems Engineering. PhD - University of Central Florida, 1998, MS - Naval Postgraduate School, 1991 and BS - United States Military Academy, 1981. 1998 - 2000 - Assistant Professor, Department of Systems Engineering, United States Military Academy.
