Isaac I. Kaminer was Professor and NPS Co-Director in Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. PhD - Univ of Michigan, 1992, ME - Univ of Minnesota, 1985 and BS - Univ of Minnesota, 1983. NASA Certificate of Recognition for the Creative Development of a Technical Innovation, October 1991.
