Biography
John A. Colosi was Professor in Department of Oceanography. PhD - University of California, Santa Cruz, 1993 Physics and BS - University of California, San Diego, 1988 Physics (Cum-laude). A.B. Wood Medal, Institute of Acoustics & Acoustical Society of America for "significant contributions to the understanding of acoustic scattering by internal waves," 2001.
Research Interest
Research Interest in Wave propagation through random media, Acoustical oceanography, Tides and internal waves and Nonlinear dynamics/chaos.
