Biography
Mark A. Raffetto is a United States Marine Corps Operations Analyst currently serving as a Military Assistant Professor in the Department of Operations Research at Naval Postgraduate School. Lieutenant Colonel (LtCol) Raffetto holds a M.S. in Operations Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School and a B.A. in Mathematics and Psychology from State University of New York at Potsdam. LtCol Raffetto has served the USMC in the Infantry (0351), in the Aviation community as a CH-53E Pilot (7566), and in the Acquisitions Community as an Operations Analyst (8850). Most recently, he served as the Chief of Test for the USMC at Marine Corps Operational Test and Evaluation Activity aboard MCB Quantico. LtCol Raffetto has been a practitioner of Operations Research for over 10 years applying the trade at multiple levels including the Squadron, MAG, MAW, as well as in support of USMC Weapon Systems Testing, both in CONUS and deployed.
