Paul Sanchez was Senior Lecturer of Operations Research . Ph.D. in Operations Research, Cornell University, May 1987, M.S. in Operations Research, Cornell University, January 1985 and S.B. in Economics, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, January 1977.
