Biography
Colonel (GS) Peter Frank, German Army, is an Associate Military Professor in the Department of National Security Affairs at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey, California. He joined the NPS Faculty in October 2014. He received his M.A. in Business and Administration from the Bundeswehr University - Neubiberg in 1990; he is a graduate from the German Armed Forces General Staff (GS) Course - Hamburg in 2000, and also received his M.A. in National Security Affairs from the NPS in 2003.
