Steven E. Pilnick, CAPT, USN (Ret) was Department of Operations Research as Senior Lecturer Associate Chairman for Distance Learning. He was Academic Associate for Joint Operational Logistics, Operations Analysis – Energy, and Systems Analysis Curricula Program Manager for Systems Analysis Programs. Ph.D., Naval Postgraduate School, 1989.
