Vladimir N. Dobrokhodov was Research Associate Professor in Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. PhD - Zhukovskiy Air Force Engineering Academy, Moscow, 1999 Aerospace Engineering Sciences, MS - Zhukovskiy Air Force Engineering Academy, Moscow, 1993 Operations Research and MS - Moscow State Aviation Institute, Moscow, 1991 Aerospace Engineering Sciences. US National Research Council Post-Doctoral Fellowship Award, 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004.
