Biography
Ms. Sharon Siegel Voelzke has been Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Navigant Consulting Inc. since September 22, 2016. Ms. Voelzke is responsible for Disputes, Forensics & Legal Technology (DFLT) segment. Professionals in the DFLT segment assist clients facing the challenges of disputes, litigation, forensic investigation, discovery and regulatory compliance in all industries including Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance and Energy. In this position, Ms. Voelzke works with the leadership team to manage financial performance, professional development of personnel, resource management, compensation strategies, communications, and overall operations of the segment. Her previous roles with Navigant include Chief Operating Officer for the Disputes and Investigations practice, Business Unit Leader of Navigant's Business Advisory segment, and Practice Leader for the Financial Services practice. Ms. Voelzke served as the Chair of the firm's Operating Committee for four years and was an active member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Ms. Voelzke is a passionate advocate of women’s leadership and development issues and started the New York Region of WLMA (Women and Leadership Mentoring Alliance). She received B.S., Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
