Andrew P. Campbell

Biography

    Andrew Campbell is an Associate Director with Navigant Consulting in the Transaction Advisory Services practice and is based out of the Chicago office. He has provided fixed asset valuation and consulting services for more than 28 years and specializes in the valuation of personal property, fixed asset depreciation reporting and management, cost segregation studies for federal tax depreciation, property insurance valuation consulting, and performing building cost componentization studies for higher education and research facilities for GASB reporting requirements.  Additionally, Andrew has led projects for public and private entities across a variety industries including, but not limited to, automotive, chemical, data center, energy, financial services, furniture, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, manufacturing, me talworking, mining, pharmaceutical, plastic, railroad, real estate, retail, technology, GSA, and state and local government.
