Biography
Prior to joining Navigant Research, Feldman was a principal for demand response at Constellation Energy. He has also served as the chair of the New York Independent System Operator Price Responsive Load Working Group, the vice chair of the Independent System Operator-New England Demand Resources Working Group, and the co-chair of the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Committee. A Certified Energy Manager, he has experience across multiple markets including ISO-NE, NYISO, PJM, and Ontario.
