Dennis K. Butts, Jr.

Biography

  Dennis Butts is a Director with the Strategic Healthcare Transformationteam, and has 14 years of years of healthcare industry experience.  Dennis has led numerous healthcare strategic planning engagements, and is a nationally recognized expert in the design, development, and implementation of clinical integration networks (CINs) for single hospitals, health systems, and academic medical centers.  He is also highly experienced across the full spectrum of physician alignment vehicles and strategies to optimize hospital and physician partnerships to effectively position for value-based healthcare. In the arena of health system and service line strategies, Dennis assists healthcare senior leadership teams in the development of strategic plans and service line initiatives to enable health systems to appropriately respond to shifting market, competitor and regulatory demands.   Dennis has authored several articles on clinical integration networks in national publications, and serves as an Adjunct Professor in the University of Florida Healthcare Executive Education Program
