Dorothy A. Deangelis

Biography

  Dorothy DeAngelis is a Managing Director in the Healthcare Practice. Her experience is comprised of more than twenty years focused on the healthcare industry. She assists health plans, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), pharmaceutical companies, and retail and specialty pharmacies address regulatory and compliance challenges, including risks associated with the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Dorothy has served as an expert on Medicare Advantage and Part D and have led many of the sentinel investigations into the risk adjusted payment model for those program. Dorothy also provides litigation support services including expert witness testimony in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, health plan and PBM operations. Prior to joining Navigant, she was a Senior Managing Director and leader of the National Managed Care and Government Programs for FTI Consulting.
