Biography
Jacqueline Anderson, RHIA is an Associate Director with the Healthcare team. She has extensive experience in the management and completion of quality and process improvement initiatives including clinical documentation improvement program implementation and reinvigoration, coding and billing compliance assessments, and CDI and HIM management and operational support. She has worked with integrated health systems, academic and non-academic medical centers, physician practices, dialysis clinics, and durable medical equipment companies. Key areas of expertise include coding quality and compliance, revenue capture, clinical documentation improvement, prospective payment systems, regulatory compliance and 0perations. Extensive experience in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of medical record clinical data, ICD -9-CM and CPT HCPCS coding guidelines, DRG reimbursement, ESRD compliance reviews, Medicare policies and regulations, and data collection.
