Kathleen Anderson, BSN, MHA is an Associate Director in the Performance Excellence practice with more than 25 years of healthcare experience. She works with clients to improve clinical operation effectiveness across the healthcare continuum. Kathleen has experience in analyzing and implementing improvements in the clinical model of care across inpatient and outpatient settings and in the planning, assessment and implementation strategies to improve clinical processes, clinical outcomes and efficiency.
