Kevin is a Director in the Global Construction practice in Asia with more than 25 years’ experience with major construction and engineering projects. He is a competent and adaptable commercial, contracts and risk specialist with a combined contractor, consultant and client background across South East Asia, Australia, Middle East and the United Kingdom. Kevin has extensive experience in the provision of contractual advice in respect of procurement or contractual arrangements, contract negotiation, contract and claims management, dispute resolution and avoidance strategies. This involves negotiation, report drafting, interpretation of contracts, provision of objective analysis and advice with practical solutions.
