Biography

  Michael Flynn has been a consulting and testifying expert economist for over twenty years, specializing in – and directing – all phases of antitrust, economic damages, intellectual property and other complex business litigation and consulting engagements. In addition to assuming overall responsibility for the preparation of expert submissions, including designing and directing the supporting analyses and drafting the reports themselves. Michael also serves as an expert economic consultant to counsel, assisting in preliminary case analysis, discovery strategy, expert discovery and dispositive motions and trial.
