Michele M. Fuller

Biography

    Michele Fuller is a Director in the Life Sciences practice. She is responsible for portfolio and commercial strategy consulting for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies seeking support related to market planning and portfolio strategy, business development, business strategy, and commercial excellence. Her experience spans nearly 20 years of commercial operations, marketing and sales, management consulting, and market research in the life sciences industry. Prior to joining Navigant, Michele’s most recent experience includes serving as Country Business Unit Head, Surgical in Malaysia and Pharmaceutical Franchise Head, Asia & Russia, based out of Singapore in Alcon, the ophthalmic division of Novartis. In addition to her international commercial marketing and sales operations roles, Michele built and led a cross-franchise Global Marketing Sciences function, including Market Research, Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, and Forecasting verticals. She has also been involved in several licensing and acquisition transactions in both the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
