Patricia Frost

Biography

  Patty Frost is a leader within the Financial Services Disputes group within Navigant’s Disputes and Investigations practice. She has particular expertise in mortgage origination and securitization-related areas. Patty brings a combination of industry and consulting perspectives from her more than 20 years in finance and litigation work, particularly in the financial services industry. Patty was previously a financial analyst and credit auditor with a major money center bank. She has performed detailed credit analysis on a range of assets, from thousand dollar equipment leases to multi-billion dollar project finance syndicates.  Throughout her career, Patty has worked on a range of large-scale, data-intensive engagements involving complex commercial litigation, government investigations and nati onwide class actions. She has assisted numerous financial services clients in connection with credit crisis-related disputes and governmental investigations, across a range of issues.
