Biography

  Rob Fox is an Associate Director in the Financial Services practice. He has more than eight years of experience working with Fortune 500 insurance carriers with primary focuses in Life and Long Term Care operations. With expertise in operational excellence and technology & business alignment, Rob has managed key strategic initiatives on several process redesign, operational optimization, and technology projects. Rob has extensive experience executing operational excellence initiatives and supporting technology projects.  This, complimented by a great ability to foster collaborative and respectful relationships with clients, has enabled him to become a trusted advisor to senior leadership on business critical operational and technology initiatives.
