Biography
Dr. Scott Carr is a Director in the Economics Practice. He has extensive experience in the analysis and modeling of complex business and financial situations. His recent projects include preparing applications to federal regulatory bodies for oil pipelines requesting the authority to charge market-based rates, developing analytical methods to help the Gulf Coast Claims Facility estimate financial losses caused by the BP oil spill, forecasting future toxic tort liabilities as part of a major chemical manufacturer’s bankruptcy proceedings, and advising NFL players during settlement negotiations for concussion-related litigation.
