Biography
Richard E. Bond has served as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Navistar International Corporation since June 2017. Mr. Bond joined Navistar in 2009 as assistant general attorney and became general attorney and Assistant Corporate Secretary in June 2015. Prior to joining Navistar, he served Monaco Coach Corporation as Senior Vice President, Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer from 1999 to 2009, Vice President, Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer from 1998 to 1999 and as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 1997 to 1998. Prior to 1997, Mr. Bond was the senior legal officer of another recreational vehicle manufacturer before beginning his career in private practice.
