Steve Cahillane

Biography

 Steve Cahillane joined The Nature's Bounty Co. in September 2014 as President & CEO. Since that time, he has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of The Nature's Bounty Co.  Prior to joining The Nature's Bounty Co., Steve served as President of Coca-Cola Americas, which consists of both the North American and Latin American operations. Before assuming that role, he held positions as President and CEO of Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR), an operating unit of the North American business of The Coca Cola Company, and President of Coca-Cola Enterprise’s (CCE) North American business.  Steve has spent his entire career in the beverage industry in both North America and Europe. He began as a sales representative for E&J Gallo Winery, serving in several sales positions before becoming General Manager. In 1995, Steve founded State Street Brewing Company in Chicago, which he owned until 1997, when he sold the business and joined Coors Distribution Company as Vice President and General Manager. He joined InBev in 1999, serving as Vice President of U.S. Sales until 2001, when he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Labatt USA.  Steve holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science from Northwestern University and received a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, and the Purpose Built Communities Foundation. Steve is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University.
