Carl Osborne

Biography

Dr. Osborne is a veterinarian, and has been involved in the development of over 350 products worldwide. Over 19 years of experience in all phases of drug development and commercialization. Dr. Osborne has extensive experience in international regulatory affairs and quality systems design and implementation. He is a former reviewer, toxicologist, and compliance officer at FDA where he worked extensively with the Centers for Drug Evaluation and Research, Veterinary Medicine, and Biologics Evaluation and Research.
