Jennifer Rhodes

Biography

Ms. Rhodes has over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience with early stage technology and life science companies, serving in both senior executive management positions and as an outside advisor. From 1998-2008, she was a corporate transactional lawyer at Ice Miller, LLP, a large regional law firm, being named as an equity partner after six years of practice.  Most of her work as a practicing lawyer was focused on leading private equity transactions both as counsel for early stage companies and private investment funds and advising early stage life science and technology companies on a wide variety of legal and business matters. Jennifer is also a non-practicing (and currently unlicensed) CPA
